Under this program, we conduct an

We then profile your organization with respect to products/services offered, pricing/promotions, performance, and marketing effectiveness. Additionally we will survey your customers or membership to determine their satisfaction with the current program or input for developing a new program.

Partner Recruitment Plan will be developed which will include identifying companies to be targeted, recruitment strategy, RFP development, recruitment materials and partner contract, all designed to attract the most qualified partner companies.

Partner Training Plan will be designed for new partners to be oriented on your organization and customers/membership.
A
Communication Plan will be developed which will include integrating partner(s) program into existing customer/member communications and web marketing as well as the development of stand alone marketing communication vehicles. The plan will address program launch through on-going communications to customers/members.
Finally, an
Implementation Plan will be developed that defines how the product or service will be integrated into your member benefit program. Your Member Benefit Manager will be trained on administering program and completed with a hand-off of responsibilities and interim monitoring.
