Lead Referral Agent Program
The Lead Referral Agent Program develops partnerships with organizations whose products or services are complementary and who are in a position to refer quality lead opportunities. The following modules are available as a combined turnkey solution or stand-alone solutions.

Under this program, we conduct an Environmental Assessment, which reviews existing channels, services/services, pricing/promotions and profile of target markets.

We then develop a Program Design that will address the following elements:
  • Products
  • Pricing/Promotions
  • Opportunity (lead) Management
  • Lead Referral Agent Compensation
  • Rules of Engagement/Teaming
  • Co-Marketing
  • Agent Support Resources
  • Reporting
An Agent Recruitment Plan will be developed which will include a profile of lead referral agents to be targeted, recruitment strategy, recruitment materials and agent contract agreement. This plan is designed to attract the most qualified partners.

An Agent Training Plan will be designed for new agents to be oriented on the program, as well as on products, pricing and the lead submission processes.

A Communication Plan will be developed to address ongoing communications to lead referral agents.

Finally, an Implementation Plan will be developed that defines the Lead Referral Agent Channel Manager position. As this position is filled, the new hire will be trained on administering the Lead Referral Agent channel. The program will be completed with a hand-off of responsibilities.
