This Program is designed to increase sales and market share by developing relationships with agents who will sell your company’s products and services to prospects and customers.

Under this program, US MarketSuccess will conduct an Environmental Assessment, which reviews existing channels, products/services, pricing/promotions and profiles of target markets.

We then develop a Program Design for the indirect agent channel that will address the following parameters:
  • Products
  • Pricing/promotions
  • Agent Compensation
  • Rules of Engagement/Teaming
  • Co-marketing
  • Agent support resources
  • Opportunity (lead) management
A Recruitment Plan will be developed which will include a profile of agents to target, a recruitment strategy, recruitment materials and agent contract agreement. All designed to attract the most qualified agents.

A Training Plan will be designed for new agents addressing program orientation, products, pricing and pre/post sales processes.

A Communication Plan will be developed which will include a design of an agent extranet site and ongoing communications vehicles targeting prospective agents, existing agents and their customers.

Finally, an Implementation Plan will be developed that defines the Agent Channel Manager position. As this position is filled, the new hire will be trained on administering the Agent Channel. The program will be completed with a hand-off of responsibilities.
