
The Affinity Program develops partnerships with companies and their affiliates (customers, distributots and suppliers) and organizations and their members/supporters (trade and professional associations, college and university alumni associations, consumer travel, motor, and buying clubs, bank and credit card companies), to leverage the affinity relationship in order to increase sales of your product or service. The following modules are available as a combined turnkey solution or stand-alone solutions.
Under this program, we conduct an
Environmental Assessment which reviews existing channels, products/services, pricing/promotions and profile of target markets.
We then develop a Program Design by first identifying targeted affinity partners whose member profiles have a propensity to purchase your products or services. The program design will contain the following elements:
- Products
- Pricing/promotions
- Affinity Benefits
- Partner Compensation/Revenue Share
- Partner support resources
- Opportunity (lead) management
- Reporting
A
Partner Recruitment Plan will be developed which will include a profile of organizations to be targeted, recruitment strategy, recruitment materials and partner contract agreement. All designed to attract the most qualified partner organizations.
A
Communication Plan will be developed which will include integrating the Affinity Program into existing partner communications and web marketing as well as the development of stand alone marketing communication. The plan will address program launch to on-going communications to partners and their affiliates/members/supporters.
Finally, an
Implementation Plan will be developed that defines the Affinity Channel Manager Position. As this position is filled, the new hire will be trained on administering the Affinity Channel. The program will be completed with a hand-off of responsibilities.
